Downgrading
Downgrade to a lower tier:- Go to Billing settings
- Select lower plan
- Confirm downgrade
- Takes effect at end of billing period
Active projects may be stopped if they exceed the new plan’s limits.
Canceling
Cancel your subscription anytime:- Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until end of billing period
- Account reverts to Hobby plan
